🔧 Common Issues & Solutions

1. App Not Working or Crashing

  • Ensure you’re using the latest version of the MilkFish app.

  • Try clearing app cache or reinstalling the app.

  • Check your internet connection.

2. Video Not Playing or Buffering

  • Use a stable 4G/Wi-Fi connection.

  • Pause for a few seconds and resume the stream.

  • Lower video quality for smoother playback.

3. Forgot Login or OTP Not Received

  • Double-check your mobile number or email.

  • Retry after 60 seconds or check your SMS/inbox spam folder.

  • If still not received, email us with your registered details.

4. Unable to Subscribe or Payment Failed

  • Make sure you have sufficient balance or valid payment method.

  • Try a different card, UPI, or payment app.

  • If money was deducted and you didn’t get access, email us immediately with payment details.

5. Content Not Loading or Missing Episodes

  • We may update content or temporarily unlist it.

  • Try refreshing or reopening the app.

  • For urgent issues, contact our support team.


💳 Billing & Subscription

  • Go to “My Account > Subscription” to manage or upgrade your plan.

  • Subscriptions are auto-renewed unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • For refund-related queries, read our Refund Policy or email us.
