4. Subscription & Payments

  • Premium content requires a paid subscription plan (weekly/monthly/yearly).

  • Payments are securely handled through third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Google Play Billing).

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in the refund policy.

  • Auto-renewal may apply unless manually cancelled before renewal date.

5. Refund Policy

  • As a digital content provider, MilkFish does not offer refunds for subscription payments unless:

    • You are charged due to technical issues after cancellation.

    • Refund is required by law in your region.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, designs, code, and media on MilkFish are the intellectual property of GANTA STUDIO or licensed content providers.

  • Unauthorized use or duplication of any material is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

  • Sharing or reselling content

  • Accessing content via automated bots

  • Uploading illegal or harmful content

  • Attempting to reverse-engineer or hack the app or site

  • Accessing the platform using VPN/proxy for geo-restricted content

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban your account if:

  • You violate any of these Terms

  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive activities

  • Attempt to harm our platform or other users

9. Limitation of Liability

  • MilkFish does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

  • We are not liable for any content that may be considered offensive, explicit, or sensitive.

  • GANTA STUDIO shall not be held responsible for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
