Refund and Cancellation Policy

At MilkFish, operated by GANTA STUDIO, we offer digital streaming services on a subscription basis. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before purchasing a plan.

📌 1. Subscription Plans

MilkFish offers access to premium content via paid subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly). Once you subscribe, the amount is deducted through your chosen payment method and access is granted immediately.

🔁 2. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your active subscription at any time from your account settings.

  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium content until the end of the billing cycle.

  • No partial or prorated refunds are issued for remaining days after cancellation.

💸 3. Refund Policy

Since we offer digital content, refunds are generally not applicable. However, we may provide a refund in the following cases:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same plan due to a technical error.

  • You were charged after canceling your subscription properly before the renewal date.

  • The content or service was completely inaccessible due to platform issues for more than 48 hours.

  • A duplicate transaction occurred and was verified by our support team.

📝 Note: All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of the transaction.

🚫 No Refund Scenarios

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with available content

  • Unintentional purchase by the user

  • Internet issues or device incompatibility on the user’s end

  • Account suspension due to policy violations

🔐 4. Payment Disputes

If you have been wrongly charged, please email us at studioganta@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Registered mobile/email

  • Transaction ID or payment screenshot

  • Date and time of the transaction

  • Issue faced

We will investigate and respond within 5–7 business days.
